Now click to Run...

Then a box will appear like this



Type here %temp% and press Enter or click on Ok

Now another Box will appear like this where you will find those files extentioned .tmp, .bin, .rra, .Mtx, some XML documents and some folders also.

 
Now select all of these files and folders and delete them permanently.

Way 02
Just go to Run and type prefetch. Then click Ok, a new window will open. Select all file and delete them parmanently.

Way 03
Type again temp and click Ok. Again a new window will open. Select and delete all of this window.
